1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet the needs of our customers. Shipping times may vary based on your location, the shipping method selected, and product availability.
Standard Shipping:
Delivery within 5-7 business days for domestic orders (United States).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.Expedited Shipping:
Delivery within 2-3 business days for domestic orders (United States).
Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, which will be calculated at checkout.Overnight Shipping:
Delivery the next business day for domestic orders (United States).
An overnight shipping fee will be added at checkout.International Shipping:
We also offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times for international orders may vary, typically ranging from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products ordered and the delivery address. The total shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Free Standard Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. This promotion applies automatically at checkout for eligible orders.International Shipping Fees:
For international shipments, shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and package size/weight. You will be informed of the shipping fees during checkout before completing your purchase.
3. Order Processing and Handling
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following business day. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order confirmation. However, please note that processing times may vary based on product availability, demand, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with tracking details. You can track your package by using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive this email or experience any issues with tracking, please contact us at info@cleansuri.com for assistance.
5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
At this time, we only allow one shipping address per order. If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping address.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner, please note that shipping delays can sometimes occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. Cleansuri is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or other external factors.
If you experience any delays in receiving your order, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@cleansuri.com. We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you to resolve the issue. In cases of damaged goods, we may request photos of the damaged items for our records.
8. Incorrect or Missing Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cleansuri.com. We will do our best to update your address before your order is shipped.
If the shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will issue a refund for the cost of the items minus the shipping fee.
9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, please be aware that you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on applicable fees.
10. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and processed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or modify the order content. However, if you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will try to accommodate the cancellation request, provided the order has not already been shipped.
